To commission works, please contact the artist by telephone,
email or U.S.Mail. Commissioned works often take 2 - 4 months to complete and require a one-third non-refundable deposit
at the time of the order. Sketches and compositions will be shown to you for approval before the final work is completed.
Upon completion of the work, the remaining balance is due before shipment. Sally Caswell has hundreds of satisfied collectors
who have commissioned her to create works of art.

Methods
If you are interested in purchasing anything on this site, you may do so by contacting us
by email, U.S. Mail or by telephone. Payment must be made in U.S. funds. For the sake of security, we urge you to contact
the artist by telephone, U.S. Mail or email. We accept credit cards. Checks and money orders are accepted with the phone
number and driver's license number on the check. Checks should be made payable to Sally Caswell.
If
you use a credit card, your order will ship immediately. If you pay by personal check, your order will ship 5 business days
after your check clears the bank. We will ship items by the most economical method of shipment for the size and type of artwork.
All artwork shipped will be carefully packed to ensure its arrival in good condition. Shipping charges and insurance are
the responsibility of the buyer and arrangements for both will be made at the time of the sale. All sales are final. No
refunds, no returns. Artwork is shipped fully insured. If a piece is damaged in shipping to you, you must notify us within
three (3) days of receiving the package that it has been damaged. The damaged artwork shall be returned in accordance with
return instructions wihin thirty days of receiving it, so the artist can make an insurance claim. The damaged artwork will
be repaired, if possible, or replaced with a work of similar nature, as all original works are unique with no two exactly
alike.
Privacy Policy
Contact information including
email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing
the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including billing address is used
solely to bill the customer for their order.
